School dedication and ribbon-cutting season continues for Bartlett Cocke General Contractors and Killeen ISD at Pat Carney Elementary School.

Killeen ISD’s newest elementary school campus, designed by longtime district architect, Huckabee, breaks from other similar projects for the district as it has been built to respond to growth rather than to replace existing, obsolete facilities. Pat Carney, the campus’ namesake, was a Killeen ISD educator for 27 years with a career that spanned classroom instruction, elementary school principal, and finally as Killeen ISD’s Elementary Curriculum Director.

Bartlett Cocke General Contractors project team was led by:

  • Project Manager, Josh Foster
  • Superintendent, Zach Baird
  • Sr. Project Manager, Frank Barnes
  • Assistant Project Manager, Bradley Schenken
  • Assistant Superintendent, Fernando Magana
  • Estimator, Stefan Doerr
  • Regional Preconstruction Manager, Laura Malek
  • Senior Integrated Construction Manager, Rob Havins
  • Regional VDC Manager, Bryan Spelhaug
