Constructing Home For Our Texas Families


Mixed-use spaces are one of our favorite challenges. How do you blend high-end retail space with sophisticated condominiums? In the end, you’re striving for a holistic ecosystem where everyone feels welcome. Burnet 64 was an example of just that—at 5-stories, we were challenged with finding retail and residential equilibrium that not only added value to the neighborhood but acted as a beacon of interesting to everyone around.

The Details


With the design guidance of the architecture firm Spring Architects Inc., we built a mixed-use, 5-story elevated concrete structure. It holds high-end boutique shopping and commercial space while also comfortably housing luxury condominiums that work cohesively with the rest of the building. We worked with a multitude of materials on this project, from concrete, metal paneling, and even stucco.
