Hays CISD turned to Bartlett Cocke General Contractors to upgrade their current athletic stadium to include a new synthetic playing field, new running track, new press box and add additional seating. The challenge was to deliver in 4 months. Through aggressive scheduling and creative cost/value optimization, our team was able to deliver ahead of schedule while saving the District money along the way.
