Redefining The Entertainment Venue

What do a movie theatre, food court, arcade, bowling alley, and laser-tag all have in common? They’re a great way to beat the San Antonio heat and entertain yourself indoors. Santikos Cibolo Crossing is the kind of mixed-use entertainment complex most clients only dream of. Not only did we make it a reality, but it’s been a resounding success. Mixed-use facilities are challenging to design, but we created an entertainment experience that’s as homogenous as it is fun.

The Details

We collaborated with architect Hoefer Wysocky to build a massive, mixed-use entertainment complex in the San Antonio area. It features a 13-screen movie theatre with state-of-the-art projection and sound, a fast-casual food court for gourmet on-the-go dining options, a full-size bowling alley, and an innovative laser tag experience like nothing else. Families with children of all ages and anyone else looking for a fun indoor experience can spend their entire day at Santiko Cibolo Crossing—we built it that way.

“We were concerned that Bartlett Cocke had never built a Family Entertainment Complex but after working with them over the past 19 months, Santikos Entertainment has been thrilled at the level of detail and professionalism the whole Bartlett Cocke team has demonstrated.  I highly recommend the Bartlett Cocke team and looking forward to working with them in the future.”
