Reaching A Higher Purpose In Construction

The Bauerle Road Garage and Roundabout was meant to offer patrons of the UTSA Main Campus a safe and easy parking solution at its notorious north entrance. We built the Bauerle Road Garage as a way to alleviate traffic congestion as well as streamline parking. The solution? Build an innovative parking garage with a pedestrian bridge for easy traffic flow and pedestrian foot traffic.

The Details

Our 426,000 square foot parking solution came in the form of a state-of-the-art parking garage, which not only alleviated traffic at the north entrance of the UTSA Main Campus but expanded and simplified the campus’s parking situation. Towering at 6 stories, the garage features two elevators, retail space at the ground floor, and a pedestrian bridge for easy access to the campus’s main building. The architecture firm Alamo Architects worked with us to make this project a reality.

“During these and other projects, your staff has developed an excellent rapport with UTSA personnel and the resultant team attitude and willingness to aid our campus has been exceptional.”
