Richard McSwain is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Construction Law with twenty years of experience in the commercial, industrial, power production and oil and gas segments of the market. He is proficient in the management of available resources with proven success as a litigator and contract negotiator. Richard leads our corporate-wide risk management program to enhance and protect the assets of the Company through risk management strategies.

John Farrow is a strategic, disciplined and accomplished executive leader with a background of diverse roles and expertise in Finance and Accounting. He also works closely with the executive team on managing the company’s capital structure; financing transactions; company financial investments; financial analysis; administrative process compliance and improvement.

Sean has served as Project Manager, Sr. Project Manager, Regional Manager, and now serves as V.P. of Operations. He leads our central Texas office with a clear focus on building lasting relationships with our clients and industry partners.

Angela Cotie serves as Vice President of Operations - East Texas. Angela is a talented and accomplished executive leader that brings well over 20 years of construction experience in project and program management, business development, operations and planning. She is well respected and has a strong network of clients, partner architectural firms, subcontractors and industry associations in a wide variety of markets.
