Once again BCGC is proud to partner with Texas State University.

Last week, we broke ground on the new Infrastructure Research Laboratory located on the Texas State University STAR Park Campus in San Marco, TX. This 11,000 GSF facility includes the construction of a state-of-the-art research laboratory that will allow large-scale testing of structural systems and large structural components such as concrete beams, structural steel shapes, and other advanced technology materials. Construction of the Laboratory will require an extensive building excavation to accommodate a fully accessible basement, drilled concrete piers, mass concrete installation of a basement floor and walls, a strong floor and strong wall, a pre-engineered metal building structure, bridge crane, and hydraulic pump system.

We are excited to be working with Texas State University on their Infrastructure Research Laboratory.

Bartlett Cocke General Contractors is no stranger to delivering a unique infrastructure testing facility. Our East Texas team delivered the Center for Infrastructure Renewal (CIR) on the Texas A&M RELLIS Campus.  The 138,891 SF facility includes unique components such as the High Bay Testing Laboratory with a Strong Wall and Strong Floor and a subterranean basement.

We have proven experience constructing a highly technical and complex strong wall and strong floor project and we are excited to be working with Texas State University on their Infrastructure Research Laboratory.
