The Garner Middle School Addition and Renovation project consists of 98,643 SF of additions and renovations to the existing middle school campus including:

– new two-story academic facility
– water-cooled central plant facility
– fire lane extension; parking lot expansion
– landscaping/drainage/site utilities/infrastructure improvements
– four new tennis courts and two new outdoor basketball courts
– covered walkway connecting the new classroom addition to the existing campus facilities
– renovation of of the existing facilities to provide breezeway
