School-based health center for Hays CISD
Hays CISD’s WELL Clinic is a School-Based Health Center that serves all Hays CISD students and their siblings. Dr. Michael Grady, a local pediatrician serves as supervising physician for the clinic, which employs a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (C-PNP), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), and Administrative Specialist.
The Details
At 3,800 square feet, this fully operational nursing clinic provides immunizations, physical examinations (well check-ups) for all ages, sports physicals, diagnostics, case management of chronic illnesses and emergencies, and health teaching for nutrition, disease, and injury prevention.
