Bartlett Cocke General Contractors partnered with Energy Architecture to deliver the FUJIFILM Nexus Warehouse for FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies in College Station, TX. This pharmaceutical and refrigerated storage facility provides critical receiving, storage, and distribution capabilities to assist with the national COVID-19 response efforts.

The Details


The 90,000 SF storage facility utilized insulated tilt-wall construction and steel framing for the shell. The finish-out includes receiving/shipping areas, refrigerated storage integral with 3-tier storage, 5-tier pallet rack storage, downflow booths, clean rooms, and hazardous material storage. The FUJIFILM Nexus Warehouse had an expedited 8-month schedule to ensure our client could quickly begin operations for their critical supply chain processes.
