Bartlett Cocke General Contractors (BCGC), has announced two key promotions to its executive leadership team as a part of the company’s ongoing succession planning. As a part of the move, James Anderson has been promoted to President and T.J. Rogers has been promoted to Executive Vice President. Jerry Hoog, who has served as both President and CEO since 2015, will continue in his role as CEO.

Anderson, who’s been with Bartlett Cocke GC for 24 years, serves as a member of its board of directors. As president, he will focus on the day-to-day operations at both the corporate and regional offices. He previously served as Vice President of Operations, South Texas.

Rogers has been with the company for 15 years and has 30 years in the construction industry. He also is a member of the company’s board of directors. He previously served as Vice President of Estimating.

With five offices throughout the state, Bartlett Cocke General Contractors is San Antonio’s largest commercial building contractor and is one of the largest, most respected and trusted general contractors in Texas.
