A higher level of medical care facility
Building a facility that provides outstanding pediatric care for children from all over Texas requires specific construction knowledge and superior planning capability. We understand this and realize that the practitioners that work within those walls help heal, protect and usher in answers for tomorrow’s questions.
The Details
We partnered with architecture firm Garza/Bomberger & Associates to consolidate all of the women’s and children’s patient care programs to one campus building. The work consisted of 253,000 SF 5-story ground up construction and shell finish-out of 150,000 SF to create a 403,000 SF children’s hospital. Further improvements included floor-by-floor renovations of the existing and occupied 10-story hospital.
