The Details
We were selected by Mogas Industries to perform structural investigations, assist with the finalization of the permitting process, and complete the construction of its new parking facility. Our team worked as a collaborative partner with the Architect and Owner to discover serious construction issues resulting from the previous construction manager. These investigators required below grade exploration which identified deficiencies requiring structural modifications to the facility. The scope of work included steel erection at the canopies, installation of structural support angles and miscellaneous metals, patching/repairing/and painting of the garage, completion of electrical work, compliance with fire safety code requirements, ADA compliance, landscaping, green-screen installation, and other items required for the completion of the garage. The project was put back on schedule, permitting issues were completely resolved with Harris County, and the new parking facility was successfully completed.
Elevating The Future Of Infrastructure
Industrial construction is no easy feat, especially when you’re working with the hazards that come with petrochemical plants. However, when Chevron Philips asked us to build five new buildings at their Cedar Bayou plant we eagerly agreed to be the firm behind their expansion.
