At UT Health MARC, we were asked to construct a new ambulatory clinical care and research facility with an added 650-car parking garage. We accepted the challenge and created something that will enrich the lives of the surrounding community. Not only is the facility innovative and functional, but it’s easy to access thanks to the ample connected parking.
The Details
The UT Medical Arts and Research Center (UT MARC) represents a pinnacle in healthcare service and research…healing and protecting the public today while providing resources to discover tomorrow’s new treatments and cures. It houses the Health Science Center’s primary care, specialty care, diagnostic, therapeutic and intervention services. The 286,000 SF facility includes an outpatient surgical suite along with an imaging suite that includes an MRI, CT scanner, ultrasound, and x-ray equipment. Additionally, a 650-car parking garage was constructed adjacent to the Center for patients, staff, and visitors.
