Building...Healing...Inspiring

Being afforded the opportunity to construct higher purpose facilities is what motivates all of us at Bartlett Cocke General Contractors. The 300,000 square foot Robert B. Green Campus New Urgent Care Center & Clinical Services Building in downtown San Antonio is precisely this type of project. The new facility brings one-stop healthcare to within minutes of downtown residents as well as residents on the near west, east, and north sides.

The Details

The 300,000 SF Robert B. Green Campus New Urgent Care Center & Clinical Services Building provides patients with primary care, pediatric care, women’s care, outpatient surgery, imaging, 225 exam/treatment rooms, and other community ambulatory healthcare services. The building is certified LEED Gold and uses 26 percent less energy than a conventional building.  In addition, the existing 18,000 SF “Milagros” building was stripped down to its structure and the exterior envelope and interior finishes were replaced to provide a new pharmacy, dining area, and security department for the downtown campus.  Additionally, the existing historic 106,000 SF Robert B. Green Hospital building was renovated for medical office space, executive administration, and OT/PT Therapy.  All of us at Bartlett Cocke General Contractors feel privileged to have had the opportunity to construct a facility that cares for our family, friends, and neighbors while caring for our environment as well.

“The entire BCGC team worked in the spirit of great partnership with our design team to make a complex project not only successful beyond the owner's expectations, but also a truly enjoyable experience.”
