Serving as Vice President – Innovation and Technology, Luis leads our cross-functional support teams in the areas of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), Project Controls & Analytics, Integrated Construction, and Information Technology. Luis is extremely passionate about the AEC industry, technology, material science, innovative construction methods, alternative delivery methods, and continually improving our industry’s approach to designing & creating the built environment.

Luis is an Officer and an employee-owner of Bartlett Cocke General Contractors.


Randall Jay

Randall Jay manages all field operations for Bartlett Cocke General Contractors. With safety and quality as the driving force behind all field operations, Randall works hard to ensure that each project delivered surpasses our client’s expectations. Randall serves as a resource for project teams, assisting with solving challenges related to safety, schedule, quality, and subcontractor performance.

Randall is an Officer and an employee-owner of Bartlett Cocke General Contractors.


Kirk Kistner

Kirk Kistner oversees all Marketing & Business Development efforts for Bartlett Cocke General Contractors. Kirk leads in the development of strategies to build our company's customer base, identify potential partners, and ensure that revenue benchmarks are established and met.

Nathan Olson

Our Preconstruction Teams, led by Nathan Olson, coordinates with end users, facilities personnel, and design teams to truly understand each project and make recommendations from a builder’s perspective to achieve budget, schedule, and quality goals. Nathan uses his years of experience as a Project Manager to bring people and processes to the table to provide the best value to our clients and to ensure that our teams are ready to tackle every project.

T.J. Rogers

T.J. Rogers serves as Executive Vice President of Bartlett Cocke General Contractors. He is responsible for maximizing our operating performance and ensuring that our company meets its financial goals. By utilizing his more than three decades in the construction industry, T.J. oversees the development of our company’s strategic plan.

Kevin Byrd

Bachelor of Science, Architecture with specialization in Construction Engineering

Kevin Byrd joined Bartlett Cocke General Contractors in 2003 as a Project Manager and has consistently progressed in position and responsibility. Today, Kevin is the President of Bartlett Cocke General Contractors and is responsible for managing the overall operations and resources of the company. He achieves success through developing strong partnerships and building rapport with clients, architects, engineers and the members of his project teams.
